GPPA Opposes Development of  Self-Storage Facility Adjacent to Scenic Drive

The Greater Pinnacle Peak Association (GPPA) Board of Directors has voted unanimously to oppose the proposed development of a self-storage facility and the required commercial zoning  on Scottsdale’s Scenic Drive.  Friends of the Scenic Drive, a corps of volunteers within GPPA, is dedicated to the preservation of the Scenic drive. We need your support.

The City of Scottsdale has opened a case to allow a change to Scottsdale’s General Plan  and a second case to change the zoning for the property from residential to commercial. The two cases will considered together. See “Proposed Storage Facility on Scenic Drive Moves Ahead.”
