Tt’s the middle of May and Palo Verde continue to bloom along the Desert Foothills Scenic Drive in Scottsdale, Arizona’s. The trees began to bloom late last month. The weather has been cooler than usual after a wetter than normal winter – contributing to a beautiful and long-lasting display. Click below to view photos taken two weeks ago.

He served on the Scottsdale's Pride Commission, McDowell Sonoran Preserve Commission, the boards of several local nonprofits and was a founding organizer of the city's Adopt-A-Road Program.. Les is a volunteer guide at the Musical Instrument Museum.
