The Peak just received the message below. We urge residents who live near Scottsdale’s Scenic Drive to attend this meeting to learn more.

“Did you recently receive the notice of a meeting MONDAY FEB 22 at 5PM regarding the proposed housing development at Dove Valley and Scottsdale Road? If not, I have attached what I received.  Read Meeting Notice (PDF)

It appears the request is to rezone from commercial to a type of residential type of neighborhood. It shows 123 units TWO stories high. This would run on the East side of Scottsdale Road from the Summit shopping center to Dove Valley.

The meeting is Monday Feb 22 from 5-6PM at the Foothills Academy on the west side of Ashler Hills and Scottsdale Road.”
