Exhibitors are an essential part of the Scottsdale Western Cookout Adventure that will be held at McDonald’s Ranch on March 5, 2016. This page provides information about how to become an exhibitor. Beginning February 14th, it will also be used to provide helpful information, such as  instructions for exhibitors regarding parking, setup schedule, etc.

Registering

We need basic information about your organization, including contact information. There are two ways that you can register.

#1. Download, Complete, Print, and Return (mail, email, hand-deliver) the Exhibitor Registration Form

#2. Register Online Using the Team Registration Application

You can skip the form by using this online application that we’ve provided for volunteers and exhibitors.

Either way that you register, your information will not be shared or used for any other purpose than supporting the 2016 Scottsdale Western Cookout Adventure.

Waiver Forms

Folks who ride a horse at MacDonald’s Ranch are required to sign a waiver form and event organizers (GPPA-Friends of the Scenic Drive), exhibitors, and vendors are no different. Note that exhibitors with live animals, e.g. Wild At Heart, are also be required by MacDonald’s to show proof of  liability insurance. Exhibit Preparation & Setup Details

By February 20th, we will be posting additional details about   exhibiting, driving directions, parking, detailed schedule, etc. Also, please feel free to call GPPA at 480-361-6498 for information. GPPA will work closely with you to ensure your organization’s success at the event. In the meantime, you will find quite a bit of information in the following online documents.
