The meeting is at Christ the Lord Lutheran Church (1205 E. Cave Creek Road, Carefree, AZ 85377. The company is submitting a rezoning application to the City of Scottsdale of 10 acres, currently vacant, with surrounding residential homes. The property is between Sunflower Estates and Verrdante.
