GPPA thanks former Scottsdale mayor “Sam” Kathryn Campana, Scottsdale councilman David Smith, and Evelyn Johnson, Executive Director, Cave Creek Museum, and all the other guests who attended the Summit of Summer Fun on September, 9th at the Summit Diner. Guests included most of  the winners of this year’s Summer Fun Photography and Write Stuff Contests.  Thanks also to GPPA volunteers  Judy Conklin, Cindy Lee, and Peter Cherry.

During dinner, guests had the opportunity to watch a continuous slide show of all the photographs entered in the photo contest, including the winners previously selected by judges and all those not selected by the judges. Guests then voted for their favorite non-winning photograph. The photo with the most votes was awarded the 2017 Diners’ Choice Award.
