Re: Open House for Proposed Site Plan Amendment to Existing Zoning at 10455 E. Pinnacle Peak Parkway (Sassi)

Proposal is to remove existing building and build approximately 134 assisted living units and 16 memory care units. The open house will be held on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 – 6 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Sassi Restaurant, 10455 E. Pinnacle Peak Pkwy, Scottsdale, AZ 85255. Click below for letter and site plan.
