Near 94th Street and Union Hills Drive. The owner is requesting approval of the design of a new 8-foot-tall integral colored, solid block perimeter wall along the northern ends of lots 4,5,6,7 and 8; in the Legacy Cove subdivision with Single-family Residential, Evironmentally Sensitive Lands (R1-10 ESL) zoning, located at 9451 E. Union Hills Drive.

Near Happy Valley Road and Windy Walk Drive. The owner is requesting approval of a remodel and addition to the existing Troon Golf and Country club house. The request includes the remodel and demolition of a portion of the existing facility (grille, golf shop, and lockers), to reconstruct, and provide additional square footage, for a new fitness area with Single-family Environmentally Sensitive Lands Hillside District (R1-43 ESL (HD)) zoning, located at 25000 N. Windy Walk Drive.
