New Cases

Near Indian School Road and Marshall Way. The applicant is requesting approval of a street light and sidewalk improvement project on N. Marshall Way between E. Indian School and N. Goldwater Blvd.

CASE#1-DR-2017

 

Near Scottsdale Airpark. The applicant is requesting approval of the site plan, landscape plan and building elevations for a new Scottsdale Airport Terminal and Airport Business Center with approximately 22,000 square feet of building area, and two new airplane hangars with approximately 67,000 square feet of building area.

CASE#2-DR-2017

 

Near Hayden Road and Northsight Boulevard. The owner is requesting approval of the site plan, landscape plan and building elevations for a new retail/restaurant development.

Near Greenway-Hayden Loop and Paradise Lane. The owner is requesting approval of a zoning district map amendment from Industrial Park District (I-1) zoning to General Commercial District (C-4) zoning.
