Is there any way to keep temporary signs out of the public ROW along the Scenic Drive corridor of Scottsdale Rd., esp. real estate, open house, new developments, and political signs? Does the city allow all these signs and prevent people from removing them?

There was a solution that worked pretty well in the past. City staff trained a small group of volunteers in guidelines for enforcing the applicable ordinances. Then the volunteers removed signs in violation of the ordinances. Howard Myers organized the team that worked to protect the Scenic Drive. This might be a good time to re-start the initiative with a mew group of volunteers. It’s beem years and some of the volunteers have passed away and they have all gotten older. They did set a good example for today’s residents.
