Near 74th Street and Cypress Street. The owner is requesting an approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness and approval for Historic Residential Exterior Rehabilitation (HRER) funding for a roof replacement, including the patio, carport and main house.

Near Pima Road and Inner Circle Drive. The owner is requesting an approval of the site plan, landscape plan and building elevations for a new hotel.

Near 128th Street and Ranch Gate Road. The owner is requesting to abandon the eastern 20 feet of the 55-foot N. 128th Street right-of-way located north and south of E. Ranch Gate Road and to abandon public right-of-way within the proposed Storyrock subdivision.
