New Cases

Near Mazanita and Via de Negocio. The applicant is requesting approval for a renewal of an existing Conditional Use Permit for a Medical Marijuana Use in a 1,585 square-foot facility.

Near Dynamite Boulevard and Pima Road. The applicant is requesting approval of a conditional use permit for a gas station combined with a market/ drive-through.

CASE#11-UP-2016

 

Near Scottsdale Road and Highland Avenue. The applicant is requesting approval of the site plan, landscape plan, and building elevations for a new multi-family development comprised of 146 dwelling units in two 10-story tall buildings.

Near Indian School Road and 87th Street. The applicant is requesting approval of a variance pertaining to the required rear yard setback.

Near Dynamite Boulevard and 101st Way. The applicant is requesting approval of a non-major General plan amendment from the  commercial and developed open space land use category to the Suburban Neighborhoods & Natural Area Open Space land use category.

CASE#10-GP-2016

 

Near Dynamite Boulevard and 101st Way. The applicant is requesting approval of a Zoning District Map Amendment to downsize the zoning district from Central Business Environmentally Sensitive Lands (C-2 ESL) to Medium Density Residential Environmentally Sensitive Lands (R-3 ESL) and Open Space Environmentally Sensitive Lands (O-S ESL) to allow significantly more open space.
