Neighborhoods on or near the Desert Foothills Scenic Drive provide a variety of lifestyles and range from individual horse properties from one to five acres andlarger, small developments with custom homes (with or without horse privileges),  to larger gated golf communities. These neighborhoods include: Bellasera , Bent Tree, Estates, Monte de Paz ,  Monterra , Sincuidados,  Terravita, Whisper Rock, and Winfield. Many of the neighborhoods have HOAs but some do not.
