Pinnacle Peak Homesteader and the Phoenix Handgun Ordinance

gppa_palmer_homesteadIn the early 1930s, K.T. Palmer homesteaded on the western slope of Pinnacle Peak. Later, he and Tom Darlington developed Carefree.  Palmer thoughts and actions had a tremendous impact on the development of the Pinnacle Peak and Desert Foothills areas.  But Palmer’s interesting life impacted many things and people, including the handgun ordinance in Phoenix.
