*Two Case Descriptions Amended From Previous Version   (July 27th Newsletter)

 

New Cases

*Near Scottsdale Road and Ashler Hills Drive. The applicant is requesting the Development Review Board review of the design for two (2) new tower signs: one (1) on North Scottsdale Road, and one (1) on East Ashler Hills Road, located outside of the scenic corridor; and remove two (2) existing scenic corridor monument signs along North Scottsdale Road, at an existing commercial development The Summit at Scottsdale, located at 32331 N. Scottsdale Road.

*Near 132nd Street and Quail Track Road. The owner is requesting approval to rezone on a 17 acre site from the Single-family Residential District (R1-130 ESL), to the Single-family Residential District (R1-70 ESL) in anticipation of a 9-lot subdivision community, located at 27077 N. 132nd St.
