New Cases

Near Scottsdale Road and Gold Dust Avenue. The applicant is requesting a zoning district map amendment from Multiple-family Residence (R-5) zoning to Central Business (C-2) zoning for a parcel on the east end of Macaroni Grill, located at 7245 E. Gold Dust Ave.

CASE#18-ZN-2016

 

Near McDonald Drive and Cattletrack Road. The owner is requesting to rezone an approximate 2.1 acre site from the Single-family Residential District (R1-43), to the Single-family Residential District (R1-18), to allow for a four lot subdivision community, located at 5713 N. Cattletrack Road.

CASE#19-ZN-2016

 

Near Osborn Road and 70th Street. The owner is requesting approval of the site plan, landscape plan, and building elevations for a new multi-story condominium development with Highway Commercial Downtown Overlay (C-3 DO) zoning, located at 3425 N. 70th St.

CASE#31-DR-2016

 

Near McDowell Mountain Ranch Road and Paradise Lane. This is an appeal of the Zoning Administrator’s written decision dated June 30 regarding special event signage for Green Bee Produce, a temporary mobile farmers market with Planned Convenience Center Environmentally Sensitive Lands (PCoC ESL) zoning, located at 16116 N. McDowell Mountain Ranch Road.

CASE#9-BA-2016

 

Near Thomas Road and 71st Street. The applicant is requesting to abandon the north ten feet of the sixty-five  foot half-street right-of-way for Thomas Road, with Highway Commercial (C-3) zoning, located at 7150 E. Thomas Road.
