Jackie Rae Drinkwater, the wife of Scottsdale’s late Mayor Herb Drinkwater and mother of daughter Jamie, and son Mark, died on December 15, 2020. Mrs. Drinkwater passed away in Scottsdale. She was 83 years of age. Jackie and Herb were active residents of Scottsdale and the Pinnacle Peak area for many years.
