Scottsdale’s Jackie Drinkwater Dies at 83

Jackie Rae Drinkwater, the wife of Scottsdale’s late Mayor Herb Drinkwater and mother of daughter Jamie, and son Mark, died on December 15, 2020. Mrs. Drinkwater passed away in Scottsdale.
