The Boulders Named “Best Golf Resort in the Southwest”

On Golf Digest’s 2017 Editor’s Choice Awards List

 

The Boulders continues to be honored as “one of the best in the industry” by readers, golf editors and golf experts in the industry. Golf Digest magazine just announced the annual Best Golf Resorts in the America’s Editor’s Choice Awards” in their May issue, and the Boulders Resort & Spa was named “Best Golf Resort in the Southwest.”

According to Editor in Chief Jerry Tardy, “This list represents the Best in Golf with an emphasis on lifestyle properties.”  He also wrote  “Newly renovated, the sand stone-faced Boulders, Curio by Hilton lodging, is fully integrated into perhaps the most dramatic rock formation in Arizona which also serves as backdrop to hold of two Jay-Morris-designed courses.”

“We are really proud to be recognized among some of the country’s top-rated courses,” stated  Ryan McKay, Director of Golf Operations at the Boulders.  “We hope to receive their continued endorsement to further enhance the golf experience with our newly and expand our golf academy offerings this year,” he added.
