Scottsdale Philharmonic Performance Set for Sunday, Nov. 22nd, 4 P.M.

scottsdale philamarnicOn Sunday, November 22nd, the Scottsdale Philharmonic, Scottsdale’s premier philharmonic, will hold a concert at the Scottsdale Bible Church, located at 7601 E. Shea Blvd. in Scottsdale. The concert will begin at 4 p.m. and the program will include Mussorgsky: Pictures at an Exhibition, Franck: Panis Angelicus and Mozart: Symphony No. 36. The concert is free and there are VIP tickets available for special reserved seating for $15.   The Scottsdale Philharmonic is in its 4th season. This season’s next three concerts will also be held at the Scottsdale Bible Church beginning at 4 p.m.

The Scottsdale Philharmonic is a professionally trained classical symphony. There are 92 musicians who perform for free, giving their love of music and their extraordinary talents as an act of philanthropy. The Scottsdale Philharmonic does not charge for tickets and is staffed entirely by volunteers who want to make a difference. As a nonprofit , the Scottsdale Philharmonic’s goal is to be the musical jewel in Scottsdale’s crown, reaching an audience that includes everyone from young people, to families on fixed incomes. The group wants the experience of enjoying a classical music concert to be accessible to all regardless of economic realities; they are making a difference!
