New Cases

Near Scottsdale Road and Gold Dust Avenue. The owner is requesting approval of the site plan, landscape plan and building elevations for a new restaurant.

CASE#7-DR-2017

Near 87th Street and McDowell Road. The applicant is requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit for vehicle repair within an existing building, which includes a future expansion of 2,322 square feet of office space.

CASE#1-UP-2017

Near 118th Street and Jomax Road. The applicant is requesting approval to abandon 110 feet of right-of-way along the 120th Street. alignment between Jomax Road. and Redbird Road., 20 feet of right-of-way along the north side of Jomax Road. between 118th Street. and 120th Street., and 15 feet of right-of-way along the south side of Redbird Road. east of the undeveloped cul-de-sac dedication.
