Near 68th Street and Holly Street. The owner is requesting approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness – Historic Preservation and Historic Residential Exterior Rehabilitation (HRER) funding to replace existing windows with new energy efficient windows on a property zoned Single Family Residential, Historic Property (R1-7 HP), located at 6713 E. Holly St.

Near 124th Street and Cochise Drive. The owner is requesting to abandon the 33-foot General Land Office Patent Easement on the western boundary of the property and the western 5 feet of the Roadway Easement located along the eastern property line to leave a 35-foot half street of right of way for a property with Single-family Residential, Environmentally Sensitive Lands (R1-43 ESL) zoning, located at 10300 N. 124th St.

Citywide. The city of Scottsdale, as the applicant, is requesting a text amendment to the City of Scottsdale Zoning Ordinance (No. 455), amending Section 1.403.M. regarding the Conditional Use Permit criteria for Medical marijuana use and Medical marijuana caregiver cultivation, increasing the required distance of separation from residential districts and schools from 500 feet to 2,640 feet, increasing the required distance of separation from other Medical marijuana uses from 1,320 feet to 2,640 feet, adding Church, Day care, and Public park as protected uses with a required separation distance of 2,640 feet, and adding grandfather provision for existing Medical marijuana uses.

Near Shea Boulevard and Hayden Road. The owner is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for “Private colleges and universities having a regular curriculum, with their related services and activities,” with single-family residential district (R1-35) zoning, located at 7901 E. Shea Blvd.

Near Shea Boulevard and Hayden Road. The owner is requesting a modification of an existing structure, and the addition of a new library building, for the purposes of a seminary use with single-family residential district (R1-35) zoning, located at 7901 E. Shea Blvd.
