Discussion Continues: The Summit Scottsdale Proposes 11′ 6″ Sign

GPPA-Friends of the Scenic Drive and neighborhood leaders of HOAs in the vicinity of The Summit Scottsdale retail center on northern Scottsdale Road have been meeting with shopping center and retailer representatives regarding signage for the property. A variety of proposals have been discussed.  Click on the link below to see the shopping center’s most recent proposal for multiple signs at Scottsdale Road, in place of two 25′ illuminated tower signs, set back, originally proposed in July 2016. The Summit’s latest signage presentation shows representations and comparisons of visuals and dimensions. This latest proposal of 11’6″ signs was not acceptable.
