They keep ignoring that a DDC is already built at Gateway – that building contains a classroom and and a large room that has previously been used as a small museum, as well as the outdoor amphitheater. Nice write up, but how long someone has been thiking about enlarging the DDC to a tourist trap.is irrelevant.
