Dr. Debbi Burdick, Superintendent of the Cave Creek Unified School District, respectfully declined her performance based pay at the June 23, 2015 Governing Board Meeting for the second consecutive year.  In the agenda item, Dr. Burdick noted, “Due to the fact that CCUSD staff will only receive a 1.5% one-time increase, I respectfully decline the opportunity for Performance Based pay.”

Dr. Burdick has been Superintendent of CCUSD since 2008 and has only accepted the Performance Based pay once – in a year where teachers also received a raise.
