An Antique Appraisal Event Comes to Desert Foothills on Nov. 10th

Scottsdale, AZ, November 2, 2017: The Foothills Community Foundation is hosting a unique antique and appraisal event. On Friday, November 10, from 4:30-6:30 pm, Elena von Kohn, International Art Dealer, will be with her team in the Quail Room of the Holland Community Center, 34250 N. 60th Street, Bldg. B, Scottsdale, AZ 85266, to give you a value for your antiques or collectibles. This two hour event is focused on giving you some background on your item and an idea of its value.

Elena Von Kohn is a renowned Art Expert with over 25 years of experience. She has been featured in countless magazines and works with clients all over the world to build their Art Fortunes. She is the founder of ArtFortune LLC and a Certified Appraiser accredited by the Certified Appraisers Guild of America (CAGA).

Following is a list of accepted objects: Fine art, Furniture (small pieces), Ceramics, Glassware, Vintage photographs, Advertising, Folk art, Assorted toys, Metalware, Clocks, Costume jewelry and Antiques. Excluded items: All weapons, (folding knives w/advertising are accepted); coins and paper mone; Beanie Babies; fine jewelry, including precious gems; pocket and wristwatches; most musical instruments, including violins and wind/reed instruments (though some acoustic and early electric guitars are accepted).
Appraisals are limited to the first 40 registered. You must register online at www.azfcf.org. Under the drop-down menu at the top, choose FCF class list. Each item to be appraised will cost $25 and there is a limit of 3 per person.
