The Greater Pinnacle Peak Association  The Greater Pinnacle Peak Association-Friends of the Scenic Drive (GPPA) Board of Directors did not vote to support the Scottsdale Heights cases and requests. It has been stated otherwise to the Planning Commission and submitted as statements for the Report and Public Record, but this is not the fact. – At its next  meeting, on Tuesday, March 21st. the Scottsdale City Council is scheduled to consider cases related to the Scottsdale Heights project. GPPA’s Board of Directors emailed a formal retraction letter to the mayor, city council, and appropriate members of the city staff.  The retraction letter is dated March 17, 2017.

 

 

LVA Urban Design Studio is submitting updates to the entry concepts for The Summit & Pinnacle at Silverstone residential community located on the 22-acre gated community on the southwest corner of Pinnacle Peak Road and 74th Street, and is part of the Silverstone Master Planned Community. Residents near the development received the notification letter below, which also include conceptual renderings of the North and South Entries from 74th Street. The letter is dated February 22, 2017.

E Project, LLC invites neighbors and interested parties to a neighborhood meeting re: the rezoning case at the northwest corner of Miller Road and Deer Valley. Notification includes letter, map and site plan. THE MEETING PLACE HAS BEEN MOVED TO APPALOOSA LIBRARY, NOT AT THE PINNACLE PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH AS STATED IN THE LETTER. THE MEETING WILL BE HELD ON FEBRUARY 27 AT 6 P.M. Notification letter is dated 2/10/17, was received by GPPA on 2/18/17.

Pulte Homes: Early Notification of Project Under Consideration at 84th Street and Dynamite Blvd, Neighborhood Open House, Wednesday, Jan. 25,  2017, 6 P.M., Living Water Lutheran Church, 9201 East Happy Valley Road – Letter Dated January 13, 2017

Property owners and interested parties have received the above notification of an open neen)ighborhood meeting. According to the letter a Pre-Application (4-PA-2017) has been filed with the City of Scottsdale for Saguaro Canyon, a proposed 24-lot single-family residential community on “approximately 30 acres, located at the northwest corner of 84th Street and Dynamite Boulevard as shown on the enclosed arral map.” Select the link below to view the letter, map, and notice.
