The Greater Pinnacle Peak Association The Greater Pinnacle Peak Association-Friends of the Scenic Drive (GPPA) Board of Directors did not vote to support the Scottsdale Heights cases and requests. It has been stated otherwise to the Planning Commission and submitted as statements for the Report and Public Record, but this is not the fact. – At its next meeting, on Tuesday, March 21st. the Scottsdale City Council is scheduled to consider cases related to the Scottsdale Heights project. GPPA’s Board of Directors emailed a formal retraction letter to the mayor, city council, and appropriate members of the city staff. The retraction letter is dated March 17, 2017.
LVA Urban Design Studio is submitting updates to the entry concepts for The Summit & Pinnacle at Silverstone residential community located on the 22-acre gated community on the southwest corner of Pinnacle Peak Road and 74th Street, and is part of the Silverstone Master Planned Community. Residents near the development received the notification letter below, which also include conceptual renderings of the North and South Entries from 74th Street.
