Happy holidays! Thank you for your continued support.

The purpose of this letter is to notify and invite members of a special Greater Pinnacle Peak Association (GPPA) membership meeting. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at 7 p.m. at the home of Les & Judy Conklin, 27221 N. 71st Place, Scottsdale, 85266.

NOTICE

SPECIAL GPPA MEMBER MEETING: ELECTION OF DIRECTORS

Tuesday, December 15, 2015, 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.

 In 2011, GPPA, a nonprofit 501 c (3) Arizona corporation, updated its bylaws. In accordance with the updated bylaws, members of the board of directors are elected for three year terms by GPPA’s members. In accordance with the bylaws, a special meeting of GPPA members is being held on December 15th to elect directors for new three year terms that will begin on December 16, 2015.

Each membership is entitled to one vote. Members can vote by:

• Competing and signing a ballot at the December 15^th membership meeting at the Conklin’s
• Completing and signing the attached ballot and either mailing or e-mailing it using the contact information below:
  • Mail: GPPA, 8711 E. Pinnacle Peak #123, Scottsdale, AZ, 85255.
  • E-mailing: GPPA at info@gppaaz.org (Put “GPPA Vote” in the e-mail’s subject line.)
• Voting by Proxy: Sign the Proxy Statement and mail or e-mail to GPPA.
• All ballots and proxy votes must be received by December 15, 2015, 2 p.m.

The membership meeting provides an excellent opportunity to meet and greet fellow GPPA members in a relaxed setting and also receive a brief update on GPPA-Friends of the Scenic Drive activities and plans. The evening’s agenda is as follows:

7 p.m. Meet & Greet. Enjoy egg nag, fruit cake, and other holiday snacks and beverages provided by GPPA.

7:35 p.m. Election of Board of Directors for 2015 – 2018

7:40 p.m. Update of GPPA/Scenic Drive Activities and Member Feedback

8 p.m. Member Meeting Adjourned

8:05 p.m. – 9 p.m. GPPA Monthly Board Meeting – Members Welcome)
